My job is to help you communicate with your target audiences. It has never been easier to put your products or services in front of customers. However to do that effectively requires more than a user name and good intentions. Powerful, consistent messages must radiate from your communications. Case studies and newsletters must reinforce these messages, keep existing customers informed and invite new ones to find out more. It is also vital to exploit the opportunities presented by social media.

All these tools require commitment. They require content too, and that's where I come in. I’ve been involved in aviation for 30 years as a pilot, journalist, editor and published author, and I know my way around the industry. My disability qualifies me to write on that subject too. I have written hundreds of articles (many for the national press), dozens of newsletters and a score or more websites. I can spot bad English a mile off and am equally at home creating a 20 minute speech, a 4,000 word newsletter or a 140 character Tweet.

Everyone can write but not everyone can write correctly, creatively, concisely and with class. I can. And I can make my familiarity with all things airborne work for your business too.
